By accessing or using rooots.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
rooots.ai provides AI-powered root cause analysis for Jira tickets by correlating them with your source code. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
3. Subscription Tiers
Usage of rooots.ai is governed by your selected subscription tier. Each tier has a limit on the number of tickets analyzed per month. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Your source code remains your sole property. rooots.ai does not claim ownership over your code or Jira data. Customer code is never used to train models and never stored on disk as part of our privacy guarantees.
5. Limitation of Liability
rooots.ai uses advanced AI to provide insights, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every root cause analysis. rooots.ai shall not be liable for damages resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated insights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
